My Hello kitty Slippers Collection

It was just lately when I started collecting hello kitty slippers. It is just because I've seen one store that is selling hello kitty slippers. I haven't worn most of it because I just love looking at it =)  It's really cute...I've often seen my daughter trying it on and waiting that it will fit on her feet, good thing that it doesn't fit her yet because I think I'm not yet ready to let go of it.

Here are some of them

RUB RIBS and BBQ -The most affordable and yummy ribs ever!!!!...

The most affordable and yummy ribs ever!!!!...A two-storey establishment in a small place...i guess about 6 sets of tables and chairs (4 persons/set). Ground floor is for the ordering counter and second floor is their dining area. It may not that spacious but the food there is the thing that you would surely come back for. When the first time we've been there I really fell in love with the food..especially with their specialty, the baby back ribs that is very tender and tasty and flavorful.

Lunch out at Silver Crown

Silver Crown Chinese Restaurant is on top of my list now when it comes to taste and affordability. It is my first time to dine there although I've been hearing a lot of very good feedback about the restaurant. This is one of the favorite venue for reception for Birthday, Baptismal and other occasions within the area.

My Kutsinta Breakfast

I grew up with eating Kutsinta. It is an orange/brown rice cupcake and one of favorite Filipino dessert (merienda) made up of rice flour or glutinous rice, brown sugar and achuete ( for coloring). I am actually craving for this for almost a week …and finally I am able to have it now. This is usually sold in the morning for breakfast and in the afternoon for merienda.

Best Tasting Puto Bumbong in Malabon

Puto Bumbong is a Filipino's favorite delicacy made up of glutinous rice that is traditionally served during Christamas season and usually sold outside Catholic Churches.  Its name is literally means  Puto ( steamed glutinous rice ) and Bumbong (bamboo). It only takes few minutes to cook it. Apart from Glutinous rice, it also has a special toppings of sugar, margarine and matured grated coconut sometimes with cheese to make it more special then wrapped in banana leaf and usually in an old news paper.

Korean Tummy Craze at Don Day Fresh Restaurant

Korean mania strikes Philippines...from koreanovela to Gangnam style dance craze...and now food. This is my first time to try Korean food. I've been hearing a lot of people enjoying Korean dishes, so as an adventurous foodie like me I really like to try it but I am looking for a very good alternative for an expensive restaurant that will offer quality and affordable authentic Korean dishes. ('sing sarap pero di 'sing mahal) -being a thrifty foodie.

Yummy Reyes Barbecue

Tummy craving strikes again. We are strolling at SM Marilao and looking for something new to dine. Unfortunately, we had tried almost all of the fast food there and nothing unusual.

Then we decided to eat at Reyes Barbecue. We've been here a lot of times, especially when kids are craving for java rice...which they refer it as "dilaw na kanin". I really love their java rice, because the taste is not just typical rice with yellow color, you will really feel the distinct flavor of garlic and not oily.

Bon Chon Chicken

We (of course, with my foodie partner, my hubby) first saw it at SM Mall of Asia.. We were very curious then and like to give it a shot because there's a lot of people eating there.  For us "plenty of customer means great food". We checked first the price, though it's quite hard to read on the display at the back of the counter for we are both near sighted. Unfortunately, because of queue and we are really hungry, we decided to try some other time.  But don't know when =(

Blend 45 Kapeng Pinoy: Puti

When coffee craving comes...well my 3+1 coffee is always on the rescue...

I must say that I love coffee, but I am more on the type of coffee that is just mild-tasting and creamy...

There's a lot of 3 in 1 coffee available in the market..Coffee makers are always reinventing and innovating with new flavors to suit the taste buds of their consumers. And most of the time, when I see a new one, I usually tried it.

One time, when I was at the grocery and about to pick my favorite creamy 3+1 coffee, I noticed this one...

Maxim Coffee Mix

My usual breakfast is just a sip of 3+1 coffee and hot pandesal...but unfortunately, I ran out of coffee...I didn't have much time to go out of the office to buy one for I only have 15mins break...

Good thing, a friend gave me this.

CAGAYAN DE ORO ESCAPADE

Our trip to Cagayan De Oro last 2010 is my first time to travel via airplane..and maybe the farthest so far...Cagayan De Oro., Northern Mindanao. Imagine, it is only because we attended an out of town company convention, if not…maybe until now I may not be able to experience riding an airplane. Since we are already there, we made sure to do side tripping and explore the City of Friendship.

Tokyo Tokyo Philippines

Japanese food usually have spot in my tummy cravings. So when cravings strike and we don’t have much budget the first thing that comes into our mind is TOKYO TOKYO, not because we do not have any choice, simply because it satisfies our cravings for Japanese food like Tonkatsu , tempura and katsudon (except sushi). Especially now, that they reinvented and improved a lot, in terms of taste and price.

That's why hearing about this carenderia excites me because i would be able to try something new...

How to Unsubcribe Club Efactory

Have you experience losing P10.00 on your prepaid or post paid load everyday from 2474 Club Efactory?

Well, I must admit...I am one of them. What I remember is that I answered one of the survey app that popped up on my screen( in Facebook I guess). For some reason, I typed my cellphone number to complete the survey. Unknowingly, that is their way of subscribing you to their app without informing you that they will automatically deduct P10.00 to your load everyday. A P10.00 daily is a lot of money when you sum up all the people they duped to unwittingly subscribe to their what so called "survey".

At first, I didn't realize that because I usually load combo (sun)  until I loaded a regular load and  unexpectedly ran out of load when I didn't even use it. It always happen after I received the message from 2474.  The only thing I did to get rid of this is not loading a regular load for almost a week ( but what about those who are postpaid..) I don't know why networks allow this kind of deceptive applications.

Lesson learned: "Do not just accept unknown application and especially giving any personal information to untrusted apps."

Anyway it is easy to unsubscribe and here's how:

TO UNSUBSCRIBE:

simply type EF OFF then send to 2474
or    STOP EF then send to 2474

( apply to all networks)

If in case that this may not work, you may try the following keyword.

STOP ALL send 2474 (SMART)
QUIT BIN send 2474 ( Globe)

wait for the reply that you successfully unsubscribe with it.

Note: you must have at least P2.00- or P2.50 regular load to send the message although the message is FREE.

Sweet Tooth: Goya Chocolate

A lot of Filipinos are fond of eating chocolate as their comfort food. When I first saw this in the grocery early last year I thought it was one of the foreign chocolate and then I was surprised when I found out that it's Goya. It was really amazing how it transformed…starting from packaging and of course with its chocolatey goodness especially with the reinvention on its flavors.

KALYE JUAN

Pagkaing Pinoy ...Mga Paborito ni Juan Dela Cruz

I do love Filipino food...It is not the first time we've eaten here. Most of the time, when we are at Mall of Asia, after checking where to dine..we usually end up eating at Kalye Juan especially when I am craving for bagoong rice. I recommend this if you are looking for a lutong bahay type of food. They offer variety of yummy Filipino dishes that are freshly cook...unlike the one in the food court.

A Night of Pleasure at Wensha Spa

A treat for your spirit, mind and body....
