One of my favorite beef patty is the De Original Jamaican Pattie (Jamaican version of Empanada) aside from it's satisfying it is also very affordable. I love this snack especially when watching movies.
Jamaican Pattie (PattY) is similar with empanada in appearance which is also made from pastry crust. But the filling is made up of ground beef/chicken that is sauteed and seasoned until deliciously juicy and flavorful and wrapped in pastry sheet then freshly baked. They offer patties from light to extremely hot and spicy. My favorite is their Cheezy Beef Pinatubo, a spicy patty but with cheesy flavor because I don't like it to be very spicy. Others would even add chili sauce to make it extremely hot.
Good thing that there are lots of de Original Jamaican Pattie food cart available in most of the Malls now. This is best for those who love hot and spicy snack.
