Tasty and Tender Tapsi at Lola Ely's Tapsilog

My food buddy and I and most filipinos all time favorite breakfast is tapsilog  where is combination of tapa (beef), sinangag ( friedrice), itlog (egg) though I prefer lechonsilog or liemposilog. 

Since he work within the area of Bambang we already had countless time of eating there but this is just the first time I blog about our foodtrip at Lola Ely's.

Originally, it was an ancestral house where first floor is converted into 24 hours eatery for more than 20 years now. An old school typical tapsilogan with a classic feel of 80's. It is just a typical open air carenderia with wooden chairs and tables beside the road...so expect jeepneys and tricycle passing the area while you eat. They also serve barbeque, papaitan, sinigang, pancit and mami and offer delivery within the area.

Typical tapsi that is served with free hot soup and you can also choose from their all time fav condiments (Vinegar, Fish sauce, Ketchup and Soy sauce ). You may request for kalamansi and chili if you want it a little bit spicy.
