RSM Lutong Bahay

It is actually our first time to eat here. A friend suggested that the food here is nice and well known. and he usually dine here everytime he's within the area. It is located at Manduya, Carmona Cavite which is almost within the boundary between Calamba, Laguna and Carmona Cavite. I've heard that they also have branches in Laguna, Tagaytay and in Dasmarinas Cavite.

The ambiance is like you're eating inside Bahay Kubo ( Nipa Hut ) with wooden tables and chairs even the plates  Most of the furniture are also Filipino native style. I also love the preparation of their rice binalot style, where steamed rice is wrapped in a banana leaf with salted egg and tomatoes.

The place is quite spacious for they also have tables and chairs outside if you want an open air ambiance. They also have carenderia style that offers variety of food to choose from,  that is already cooked to those who doesn't want to wait long.

 But of course if you want to serve it hot, you can choose from the menu and they will freshly cook your order. I really enjoyed their bulalo though it's lunch time and really hot outside, I didn't mind it because It's my all time favorite.
